This collection also gives a portion of sales to "A Place Called Home" that offers a safe, nurturing environment for South Central Los Angeles youth.

Inspired by Morris Chestnut’s character Ricky, the blue mesh overlay on the leather upper represents his iconic jersey, while the “42” callout on the tongue is a reference to his jersey number. The “R” letterman style letter hangtag is a reference to his star status on his high school football team.
